It is the first attempt to graphically trace the life and work of Tadeusz Kosciuszko in four hundred illustrations. The book is based on a rich postcard collection of a Belarusian deltiologist Vladimir Lihodedov.

Dr. Zbigniew Brzezinski endorsed the book of Vladimir Lihodedov having written that the book is "An engaging and informative overview of a remarkable hero of two fraternal peoples, the Poles and the Belarusians, who fought not only for their freedom but also for the freedom of the Americans. Kosciuszko's commitment to human rights, social justice, and national sovereignty is a lasting tertimonial to his historical grandeur."

Vladimir Lihodedov will present his book on Tadeusz Kosciuszko, and inform the audience on his work on this and other projects, including a book on Adam Mickiewicz.
