Pianist Martin Labazevitch will present a program about Chopin's
great love for Poland and his internal struggle between a desire
to return to the country and take part in the November Uprising
and staying in France and continuing to work as a composer.
The program will be illustrated with Chopin's patriotic works,
steeped in longing for his motherland: mazurkas, polonaises,
revolutionary etudes, patriotic songs, etc.
