Timeline for Exchange Programs to Poland:

Year Abroad Scholarship
Graduate Studies and Research

November 2019	Grant applications for Exchange Programs to Poland are available for academic year 2020-2021.
November 2019 - January 31, 2020	Application forms and supporting materials are accepted by the Foundation.
January 31, 2020	Deadline date for Exchange Programs to Poland All required forms must arrive at the Kosciuszko Foundation by 5:00 p.m. in order to be considered.
Late June 2020	Applicants are notified in writing of scholarship decisions for academic year 2020-2021.
August 5, 2020	Award recipients must accept/decline their award.
October 2020 - June 2021	The academic year in Poland.
October 2020	Year Abroad program- begins October 1st. Scholarship checks are issued by November. Studies and Research program - Upon commencement of your research project inform the Foundation of your contact information in Poland. Your scholarship check will be issued after receipt of contact information.
February 2021	Year Abroad program – 2nd semester begins. Scholarship checks are issued by March. Reports from first semester scholarship recipients are due.
June 2021	Year Abroad Program - Reports from 2nd semester scholarship recipients are due. Studies and Research program - Submit a report on the results of your research no later than two months after your research project has been completed.
