PAYMENTS 

The Foundation can accept personal checks and money money orders for its Summer Study programs.   Please make payments out to: The Kosciuszko Foundation, Inc.  We are not able to accept credit/debit card payments for these programs. 

Registration Fee

All applicants are required to submit a $75 non-refunable registration fee to enroll in the program of their choice.  Please write "Reg.-Session x" in the memo section of your check or money order.  Please list the appropriate Session in place of x.  Jagiellonian University Sessions include Sessions A, C, and D.

Please submit the non-refundable registration fee when you submit the on-line application form.   

PROGRAM Fees 

Final day to apply for and send in program fees is June 7.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

June 24th

  • Cancellations with a full refund thru June 24th
June 26
  • a $50 cancellation fee is charged from June 26 onwards 

July 5 

  • No refunds are made for Session A, C, and D
