March with Us at the Pulaski Day Parade

We will be marching/riding on the float at the Pulaski Day Parade, October 2nd, 2016.

We'll meet at 12 pm on 38th Street between Madison & 5th Avenues. Dress in white and red and bring Polish flags. See you on Sunday, rain or shine! The more the merrier!

Afterwards at ca. 3-4 pm we will warm up at the Kosciuszko Foundation's house with President's bigos and other yummy refreshements.

Short Biographies:

Natalia Sokolnicki is a 16 year junior of the Woodbridge Academy for Allied Health and Biomedical Sciences in Woodbridge, New Jersey and an alumni of the Polish Supplementary School in Clark New Jersey as of May 2016. At just three years old she began taking piano lessons from Anna Ligaj Czarnomski. Under her wing, she found her love for music with her passion for singing and later became a self-taught guitarist. Natalia takes part in numerous competitions and festivals, as well as a variety of events in school, church, and in the polish community. In the fourth grade, she won the east coast school-wide competition for voice organized by the Polish Supplementary School Council. Natalia also had the honor of singing in the Saint Patrick Cathedral in New York in the 8^th annual concert commemorating John Paul the Second as a vocalist. In 2014, she performed the lead role in her school's production of the musical Bye Bye Birdie, as well as Peter Pan in 2013. As a pianist, she has competed in the Golden Key Festival, and performed at Lincoln Center after receiving a silver award in 2015. In 2016 Natalia participated once more, receiving a gold award and the opportunity to play in Carnegie Hall.

Robert Argasinski was born in New York City. At the age of seven, he started formal piano lessons with Ms. Teresa Sygnarska. His musical journey continues for the past 7 years with his current teacher, Ms. Sophia Agranovich. Robert has participated in many piano competitions and music festivals, winning top awards. He has performed at Carnegie Hall, Merkin Hall, Steinway Hall, as well as Mozart's House and Prayner Conservatory in Vienna, Austria. In the last few years, Robert developed a strong passion for composing his own music. In April 2016, one of Robert's compositions, "The Tragedy of War," won first place in the Eric Steiner Composition Competition hosted by MEA-NJ. Currently, Robert is a senior at Magnet High School in Scotch Plains, NJ. On weekends, he attended Polish Supplementary School in Clark, New Jersey, from which he graduated in May 2016.
