Noe Socha: "I'm very excited and honored to perform at the Kosciuszko Foundation concert on March 12th. I was born in Italy, but my dad is Polish, and I visited Poland a couple of times. I've spent some time listening to Breakout and my dad has translated some of their songs. When I play I like to improvise music on the spot and interact with the audience. I did that when I performed for the Polish community in Greenpoint in 2013, and we all had a great time. During the event I'd like to showcase some of my original music and my talented friends that are sharing the stage with me. We'll be playing some blues, jazz, and a couple of popular classics. Eric and I have been really close friends since college. I heard Noel for the first time at a jam, The Sweethearts Jam Slam, at Swing 46, and I was really impressed with her vocal range and her personality on stage." Noe's bio>
"…Noe Socha, a graduating student from Italy, blew away the crowd with his virtuoso soloing on steel guitar and harmonica during Fred Rose's 'Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain,' which Nelson made his own on his classic album Red Headed Stranger. …"
