The Kosciuszko Foundation will honor Kaya Mirecka Ploss, long-term promoter of Polish culture in the United States. Co-founder and the first Executive Director of the American Center of Polish Culture in Washington, D.C. Famous for her tireless support of talented Polish youth through two of her organizations: Children of Silesia Foundation and The Jan Karski Institute for Tolerance and Dialogue. Close friend of Jan Karski.
