Krystian Tkaczewski - Polish virtuoso pursuing splendid piano career in both USA and Europe. Laureate of many piano competitions and festivals all around the world. 

  

Krystian has concertized in 15 countries on four continents. He concertized with the Hartford Symphony Orchestra, Polish National Radio Orchestra, Wrocław Philharmonic Orchestra, the Leopoldinum Orchestra, Connecticut Virtuosi, the Tarnów Chamber Orchestra, and the Wrocław Chamber Orchestra, conducted by E. Cumming, L. Borowicz, Z. Graca, M. Gawronski, K. Górski, M. Kolaska, A. Mackiewicz.

 

Recipient of several scholarships and awards including the Chopin scholarship, Wrocław Music Academy Academic Scholarship, the Polish Minister of Culture Scholarship,  Musical Club of Hartford's E. B. Storrs Scholarship,  Polish-Slavic Federal Credit Union Scholarship, and more.

 

Krystian Tkaczewski is an active member of the Society of Polish Musical Artist. He has been also an initiator, artistic director and president of jury of  the 1st Chopin International Piano Competition in Hartford, CT.  He recieved a graduate diploma  at the University of Hartford Hartt School  and at present he is pursuing his Doctor of Musical  Arts degree at University of Hartford
